We ship from Vancouver or from our Toronto warehouses.
All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-5 business days. We provide Expedited Shipping across via UPS or Canada Post. We provide Expedited Shipment across the United States via USPS ad DHL tracked package.
Items are sometimes shipped from multiple warehouses; therefore, it is possible that you will receive multiple shipments with multiple tracking numbers for your order. A tracking number will be auto generated and emailed once the order is processed. In-store pick up items must be picked up within 7 Business Days or the item cannot be returned or exchanged. Items not picked up within 7 Business days will be charged restocking fees.
Please note: Due to COVID safety restrictions, some courier companies are experiencing extended delivery delays. The days mentioned above are only estimates.
Returns and Exchanges:
If you would like to return your recently purchased item, please use the return info slip included in your package to ship the pair you would like returned to the address below. Please do NOT put shipping labels directly on the shoe box that is being returned. Shoe boxes that have shipping labels on them are subject to $10 penalty.
All items must be in unworn and returned in original packaging.
Customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to return the item.
If you are interested in exchanging your recently purchased item, please ship your item back to the address below and purchase the replacement item.
Customers are responsible for the cost of mailing back returned items to our warehouse. Please note that items purchased on sale are final. A store credit will be provided for all sales items.
Please note: $10 restocking fee is charged when 2 or more items are returned from a multi item order.
